Preferred Account-Investment Management

 The Getzen Group Inc.  Investment Management accounts “Preferred Account” are for individuals looking for full-time, proactive portfolio management as well as expertise in a comprehensive approach to retirement, wealth and estate planning, tax strategy and wealth management. As a client you will  receive one-on-one consultations with your lead Certified Financial Planner advisor as needed for expert customized guidance across all financial situations.

• Access to sophisticated money management services, including Managed Accounts and Institutional Investments

• Bundled Wealth Management Consulting Services (WMCS)®

• Funds cleared through Schwab Institutional and Pershing

Fees & Minimums:

• GGI Preferred Account services average approximately,  1% of assets under management • $1375 quarterly minimum • $250K asset minimum.

Portfolio Management Services:

GGI provides discretionary portfolio management services where the investment advice provided is custom tailored to meet the needs and investment objectives of the client. Subject to any written guidelines, which the client may provide, the Firm is granted discretion and authority to manage the account. Accordingly, GGI is authorized to perform various functions, at the client’s expense, without further approval from the client. Such functions include the determination of securities to be purchased/sold, the amount of securities to be purchased/sold, the broker/dealer to be used, and the commission rates to be paid. Once the portfolio is constructed. GGI provides continuous supervision and re-optimization of the portfolio as changes in market conditions and client circumstances may require. The annual fee for individually managed accounts is payable quarterly in advance based upon the market value of the assets on the last day of the preceding quarter. The payment of fees for portfolio management services will be made via a direct debit by the qualified and independent custodian holding the clients’ funds and securities and the Firm will invoice the client. On an annualized basis, GGI’s fees for portfolio management services, subject to negotiation, are as follows:

Arrangements with existing clients may differ from those disclosed above.

GGI requires $250,000 (subject to negotiation) to open or maintain an account. GGI may allow accounts of members of the same household to be aggregated for purposes of meeting the minimum account size. The Firm may allow such aggregation, for example, where it services accounts on behalf of minor children of current clients, individual and joint accounts for a spouse, and other types of related accounts. GGI or the client may terminate the management agreement within five days of the date of acceptance without penalty to the client. After the five-day period, either party, upon 30 days written notice to the other, may terminate the management agreement. The management fee will be pro-rated for the quarter in which the cancellation notice was given and any unearned fees will be refunded to the client.

General Information on Advisory Services and Fees:

The fees charged are calculated as described above, and are not charged on the basis of a share of capital gains upon, or capital appreciation of, the funds or any portion of the funds of an advisory client (15 U.S.C. §80b-5(a)(1)).

Advice offered by GGI may involve  seperate and indepenpent expenses aside from our advisory services . Clients are hereby advised that all fees paid to GGI for investment advisory services are separate and distinct from those charged by the custodian. Further, there may be transaction charges involved with purchasing or selling of securities. GGI does not share in any portion of the brokerage fees/transaction charges imposed by the custodian holding the client funds or securities. The client should review all fees charged, GGI, and others to fully understand the total amount of fees to be paid by the client.
